What We Do

Sequenced, not scattered.

Most businesses aren't short on tools — they're short on order. Every engagement opens with a written plan, and nothing gets built until we know what it's worth to you and where it belongs in the queue.

01

The Gameplan

A paid audit and a written 90-day plan. Where the money is leaking, what to fix first, and what each fix is worth in jobs rather than jargon. Yours to keep whether you hire us or not.

Best if: you know something's wrong but not what, or three people have sold you three different things.

Websites

Fast, mobile-first sites on your own domain, shaped to turn a visitor into a booked job. Your reviews on the page, your phone one tap away, and your number matching everywhere Google looks.

Best if: you're on a free builder subdomain, your reviews aren't on your site, or it's unreadable on a phone.

Automation & Lead Catch

Missed-call text-back, one inbox for every enquiry, and follow-ups that don't need you. The phone gets answered while you're on a roof — which is where most jobs are actually lost.

Best if: you're a working owner, calls go to voicemail during the day, or leads sit in three different places.

Social & Reviews

Profiles set up properly, a content system your crew can actually run, and post-job review requests that fire without anyone remembering. Proof, not posting for the sake of it.

Best if: your Google profile is thin, your last post was two years ago, or you do great work nobody can verify.

Apps & Software

Custom tools that replace the spreadsheet, the clipboard, or the thing you still do by hand every week. Built plainly, documented, and handed over — not rented back to you forever.

Best if: you've outgrown a spreadsheet, or there's a job only one person knows how to do.

Why these are the first moves

We do not claim that a profile, a fast site or a response workflow will guarantee revenue. The case for putting them first is practical: Google says a verified Business Profile helps customers find a business in Search and Maps; Apple Business Connect controls how a business appears across Maps, Siri and Wallet. In Google's cited local-search research, 76% of smartphone users searching nearby visited a business within a day and 28% made a purchase. BrightLocal's 2026 consumer survey reports that 97% of consumers read reviews online. Those are market-level studies, not promises about any one business.

How the pricing works

Fixed price against fixed scope. Never hourly — hourly punishes us for being fast and turns every question into a negotiation.

50% to start, 50% at launch. No retainer you can't leave on 30 days' notice.

We quote against what a job is worth to you, not against how long something takes us. So the first thing we'll ask is what a typical customer brings in and how many callers actually book. Those two numbers decide whether anything we'd build is worth your money — and sometimes the honest answer is that it isn't.

Any budget, genuinely. If the price doesn't fit, we reduce the scope — never the quality. A smaller piece done properly beats a big one done cheaply, and cheap work would sit in our portfolio with your name on it.

What we won't do

Not sure which one you need?

That's what the Gameplan is for. Tell us what the business does and what isn't working.
